Depending on the area of law, services are handled on a flat-fee, hourly, or contingency basis. We offer limited free phone consultation for new clients for family law and bankruptcy cases. After the free phone consultation if potential client needs additional in person consultation we will charge $300.00 per hour and if retained the initial charge will be deducted from the retainer fee.
